Looks like Paw Paw has his slide projector out again… Let me have this moment. Those were days. The Budweiser tagline in the US was “True”. That was it. No mention of ice cold refreshingly fresh refreshment. Just a tagline that was so broad and so vague that a creative could have fun with it.
Isn’t that point of advertising? It’s not? Oh, well, then nevermind.
